Personal well-being, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, is “the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy”. In the field of mental health, by focusing on well-being, we avoid relying on more traditional measures of mental health such as symptoms of illness.

At the Silver Lining Wellness Centre Pvt.Ltd., we understand that well-being emerges from an individual’s thoughts, feelings, actions and experiences – most of which we have control over, and some over which we don’t have a conscious grip. Our wellness programs are designed to assess and improve an individual’s feelings of satisfaction with life, whether they feel they do things in life that are worthwhile, and balance their positive and negative emotions. Access Bars helps individuals experience a state of deep relaxation. It is a gentle hands-on modality that helps individuals resolve issues related to sleep, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and emotional distress. The Bars refer to 32 points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. An Access Bars session involves the practitioner gently touching these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, beliefs, ideas, attitudes and decisions that limit us and inhibit us from living life freely.

One of the life-changing components that happens naturally with each Access Bars session is the element of receiving. Learning to receive by lowering barriers, just letting go and allowance to just accept what’s being gifted is what sets this modality apart from others.
